Over his career, working for clients and agencies of all sizes, he has demonstrated success creating connections between consumers and brands by generating big ideas that leverage the power of culture. Craig has experience working with client brands who are making a difference in the world including World Pancreatic Cancer Coalition, Hickory Nut Gap, The Good Meat Project, American Heart Association, Earth Fare Health Supermarket, Black Folks Camp Too, Heart IQ by Cardiogram as well as other brands across a variety of industries.

 

Jay Wilson

Art Director — Jay Wilson has 25+ years of experience translating creative direction, vision and goals into peerless print, video and online visual solutions. He thrives on the challenge of turning complex product and messaging objectives into compelling, easy-to-embrace offerings with clearly expressed benefits.

Jay’s passion for creative is insatiable. It extends into his personal life as an accomplished fine artist. He paints under the pen-name, O.M. Norling.

 

Reggie Tidwell

Experience Design - Reggie is an award-winning design leader with a passion for purpose-driven projects. From branding, video production and photography for the Asheville Black Cultural Heritage Trail, to creating powerful videos to help the YWCA generate $300,000 in less than an hour, to designing a climate resource guide to help Asheville city residents prepare for life-changing climate events, Reggie is drawn to projects that have a positive impact on our communities.

A BFA in graphic design has fueled Reggie’s 27 year career of nationally recognized expertise in branding, design, commercial photography and videography. He has dedicated his livelihood to helping businesses and organizations electively connect with their audiences and in many cases, change the world.

 

Evan Van Leeuwen

Project Coordinator — Evan has a background in digital marketing and research. Highly organized and communicative, he is passionate about writing, data, and advertising. After earning his degree from the University of North Carolina Asheville, Evan began working at Native Marketing with the goal to blend analytics and content creation together.

Outside of work, Evan enjoys exploring the many breweries of Asheville, watching basketball, and going to concerts.

 

Tim Scroggs

Experience Design - Tim’s is a strategic design leader based in Asheville, NC. His unique values-driven practice in creative thought partnership and design, developed over 20+ years of experience, has led him to a passionate proficiency in helping founders, creative teams, and companies get unstuck—so they can uncover their own best ideas. In his work with clients he balances empathy and intuitive action with careful research and honed expertise. Acting as a catalyst for intuition, he helps brands capture moments of deep inspiration adnd clarity in the market, and supports them in coherent and strategic follow-through.

Tim's core commitment is to community, both globally and locally. His resolve to doing good in the world is embodied throughout a career that spans clients such as Plantd, FedUp Foods, and Tilting Futures. He approaches work and life with unwavering optimism and radical openness, and finds deep satisfaction in connecting with others to discover and awaken our collective creative purpose.

 

Noah Vertefeuille

Digital Media — Noah Vertefeuille is a seasoned expert in the domains of digital marketing, digital strategy, and brand automation. Known for a pragmatic approach combined with innovative thinking, Noah consistently bridges the gap between brands and technology, crafting solutions that resonate and drive growth. Over the span of his career, Noah has amassed a plethora of experiences, from managing global digital operations at Beazley Group to pioneering a holistic marketing program at Control Station Inc. on a constrained budget.

 

João Barbosa

Experience Design - João Barbosa is a former educator, multidisciplinary designer, and conscious leader in the UX and CX. Known for his ability to cultivate strategic foresight across functions, he excels in crafting cohesive experiences that transcend screens. He firmly believes that technology is most meaningful when it meets users at their time of need and that the world could benefit from more signal and less noise.

Throughout his career, João has successfully led teams in creating multiple award-winning product experiences in the education technology sector.  His professional journey has taken him from teaching high school students how to code to multiple executive positions as Head of UX and Product Design at Illuminate Education and Workboard, and most recently as Vice President of Customer Experience at Renaissance Learning.  Joao is a lifelong learner whose passions lay in the intersection of design, education and technology.
